Teri is the Broker/Owner of NextHome Beacon Realty and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1994. Teri spent many successful years working for big-box brokerages, but they lacked that personal touch. Many agents were just a number and there was no opportunity for growth, so she opened her independent office in 2011.
In 2020, when the world turned upside down, Teri decided it was time to change things up. Because of the agent-centric mindset, the endless tools and modern look and feel of NextHome, it was the perfect fit. Teri believes that through education, tools and Broker support, all NextHome Beacon Realty agents are able to effectively represent their clients and exceed their professional goals.

When Luke is not out in the field and enticing people to tour new homes for sale or playing with neighborhood kids, you can find him relaxing on the beach with his favorite book. Born June 15, 2014 at Pentagram in New York, Luke had an immediate affinity and passion for real estate. He is an avid supporter of homeownership opportunities, financial security, green living and personalized lifestyle.

Luke is experienced in playful engagement, trotting and making people smile. He loves attention and organic food. Luke, travels extensively in his role as Ambassador at NextHome Beacon Realty, visiting listings, offices and bringing energy to the communities our members serve.
